The Upper Deck, developed by Pheonix, was named, branded, and art directed to express a distinctive sense of luxury along the Blakehurst waterfront.

The brand clearly emerged in its entirety within the realm of sales suite concepts, with the continuous objective of making an immediate impact. To achieve this, outstanding photographers were engaged, playing a vital role in effectively conveying the desired tone for The Upper Deck. This led to stunning photography of the Blakehurst location, which was suggested to be prominently showcased in physical activations.

The complete campaign was successful, integrating all essential marketing components during the sale period, including CGI production, digital platforms, signage, and print, all while staying within the allocated budget.
