The developers of XXV required a sales vision to be designed for a future high-end residential and retail development proposal. Designed for maximal impact, each marketing activation was conceived as a standalone showpiece; a talking point designed to instantly surprise and delight.
A one-of-a-kind sales suite was conceptualised, where striking, large-scale, white minimalism envelops the vibrant, interactive, maximalist XXV-branded display suite inside. This design emphasises space, akin to an art gallery, while also prioritising technical installations, lighting, projection, audiovisual components, and interaction design, facilitating the development of sales suites that dare to be different.
